We want you to be completely satisfied with your Peach and Mint purchase. so we’re happy to accept exchanges & Refunds within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply return the items to us in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and we’ll send you the new size or style you requested. Please note that exchange requests will incur additional shipping costs.
For a Refund, the money will be transfered via InstaPay after the item is returned to us in its original condition.
Shipping
You may open your shipment and check it while the courier is waiting. if you choose to refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for shipping fees, which must be paid via InstaPay.
Customizations
Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges for customized items. This is because customized items are made to order specifically for you.
Sale Periods
During sale periods, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it. However, you are always welcome to Refund or exchange your items within the 3-day exchange window.
Additional Shipping Fees
Please note that exchange requests will incur additional shipping costs, calculated as a 2-way shipping order.
